The Hypnobirthing course I teach is a full in-depth antenatal training programme. I was lucky enough to study with Katherine Graves herself and I have also birthed both our beautiful boys with this method. This essential knowledge is a gift I wish for all families. The perfect beginning to parenthood. The course is two fold, firstly the knowledge it gives you empowers you in every way about birth, your options, what might happen and how your body functions so you gain control of your birth. Knowledge is power after all. Secondly it teaches you and your partner a collection of highly effective and logical tools to easily release your fears about birth. When you are practiced in hypnobirthing you will be able to trigger a relaxed state in your body in mind in seconds, on demand! I enjoy teaching one to one with couples and because of this there is flexibility in the scheduling, I can teach face to face or we can have some sessions on Skype if that is more suitable and convenient.
